When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Your cart contents are stored in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to our servers unless you complete a purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We use Crisp for live chat support. Crisp may collect usage data in accordance with Crisp's Privacy Policy.
Order data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and tax purposes. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention policies. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
