What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Email us at hello@vaulthome.co with your order number to start the process.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding international shipping and will announce when it's available.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@vaulthome.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll replace it or issue a full refund promptly.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?

Our products are made from natural materials — ceramics, linen, wood, wool, stone. Natural variation in color, grain, and texture is a feature, not a flaw. No two pieces are identical.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at hello@vaulthome.co and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but you can return it.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
